Each department owns its own records and its own permissions. Nothing is ever hard-deleted — financial and legal material has retention requirements.

02 · What it does for you
15 of the 20 record types carry a date that matters once it passes — a licence, a visa, a filing, a contract end. The dashboard sweeps all of them and surfaces what is coming, skipping anything already closed.
Every create, edit and delete is written to an audit trail with the account that made it. Owners can read the full history of any record without leaving the portal.
Amounts are stored to the minor unit, so nothing rounds away. Totals are reported per currency and never mixed — there are no exchange rates in here to fake a single number with.
03 · Access
An account sees only the departments it has been given. Force-delete is owner-only.
